WINDY. The strongest that I've sailed here. Practically nil swell was forecast today so we hit Uppers in the hope of finding some sort of wave but it was the usual mess. I could easily have been on less than 4.5 (Hylton was maxed on his 4.1) but the superfreak performed more than admirably in the howling gale. Nevertheless it was mostly survival sailing out there. Another solid day on the water in glorious sunshine to add to the list.
